ANNUAL REPORT
The academic year 2025–26 has been a memorable journey of learning, growth, achievement, creativity, celebration and togetherness at Flower Valley International School. With 137 students from Nursery to Grade VII, our focus remained on nurturing every child’s academic, social, creative and personal potential.
Academic Excellence
Academic development remained a key priority. Special emphasis was placed on the three fundamental pillars of Reading, Writing and Speaking, along with phonics, vocabulary, word building, conceptual clarity and communication skills. Individual attention, remedial support and extra coaching were provided wherever required. We believe that strong foundations help children become confident learners who can understand, communicate and apply their knowledge.
Knowledge, Competitions & Leadership
Our KBC – Knowledge Based Competition provided students with opportunities to demonstrate knowledge, memory, confidence, presence of mind and curiosity. Around 25 students participated in the Science Olympiad, gaining exposure to competitive learning and developing logical thinking and scientific temperament.
The Investiture Ceremony marked an important leadership milestone. Prapti Gothadiya was selected as Head Girl and Arsh Dubgrani as Head Boy. Through such opportunities, students learn that leadership is about responsibility, service and setting a positive example.
Scholastic, Sports & Co-Curricular Development
Our House System—Influential, Dominant, Compliant and Steady—encouraged teamwork, leadership, discipline and cooperation. Students actively participated in scholastic, cultural, sporting and inter-school activities. Physical Education, Yoga, Music and Dance remained integral to our holistic approach. Students also participated in the Khel Mahakumbh Karate Competition, demonstrating discipline, courage and perseverance.
The year was enriched by activities such as Spell Competition, Cooking Without Fire, Toddler Master Chef, creative activities, sports, cultural programmes and House activities. These experiences helped children develop creativity, communication, teamwork, confidence and independence.
Celebrations, Summer Camp & Field Visits
Students celebrated Guru Purnima, Ganeshotsav, Janmashtami, Navratri and Dandiya, Diwali, Independence Day, Teacher’s Day and Father’s Day, gaining an appreciation of India’s cultural heritage, traditions and values.
The Summer Camp provided a joyful environment for developing creativity, teamwork, communication, confidence, independence and problem-solving skills. Field visits to places such as the Fire Station and Police Station, along with industrial exposure, helped students connect classroom learning with real-world experiences.
Staff, Parents & Infrastructure
Our school family includes 17 dedicated teachers and 10 support staff members whose commitment and teamwork have played an essential role in student development. Workshops, seminars and training programmes supported continuous professional growth. Counselling sessions also helped students with examination preparation, time management, confidence and future choices.
We sincerely appreciate the continuous trust, cooperation and support of our parents. Regular parent meetings helped strengthen communication and support individual student needs.
Infrastructure development remained an important commitment. A proper and well-organised lunch area was created to provide students with a comfortable, hygienic and safe environment.
Our Journey Ahead
Looking ahead, we remain committed to nurturing students who are confident in communication, strong in academics, creative in thinking, healthy in body, responsible in action, compassionate in heart, curious in learning and rooted in values. We will continue strengthening foundational literacy, competency-based learning, experiential education, sports, arts, technology integration, life skills and value-based education.
Conclusion
As we reflect on 2025–26, we feel immense pride and gratitude. From KBC and Science Olympiad to sports, Summer Camp, celebrations, field visits and creative activities, every experience contributed to the growth of our students. Our true success lies not only in marks and certificates, but in children becoming confident, responsible, curious and compassionate individuals.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Management, teachers, support staff, parents and students for their continued contribution and support.
Together, let us continue to Dream, Discover, Learn and Grow.
Thank you.
